A guarantee is a minimum amount that a foreign agency assures a model they wish to represent, regardless of their actual contracts. Even with little or no work, the model will leave with the negotiated sum. Asian agencies often offer attractive guarantees to attract the best international models. This financial security facilitates international talent mobility.
