Mood board
← Back to glossaryDefinition
A mood board is a visual inspiration board (collage of photos, drawings, texts, samples) that defines the atmosphere and creative direction of a project. Used before photoshoots, it guides the team on the desired mood: lighting, sets, styling, model attitudes. The mood board facilitates creative communication and ensures artistic coherence between all project participants.
