TFP (time for print/pictures)
← Back to glossaryDefinition
TFP stands for 'work time in exchange for photos.' This collaborative arrangement between photographer, model, and artistic team (makeup artists, hairdressers, stylists) allows everyone to develop their portfolio without monetary exchange. The photographer provides images to all participants in exchange for their free services. TFP is particularly used by beginners to build a professional book.
