Founded in 1989 by Yasuaki Kazawa, BNM (Be Natural) is a Jingumae (Shibuya, Tokyo) agency representing Japanese and mixed models, women and men, for runways, editorials, campaigns and advertising. It focuses on discovering and developing new faces and maintains relationships with the major fashion capitals (Paris, Milan, London, New York, Korea).
